Annual Support Contracts
With an annual support contract you are guaranteed a fixed number of hours per month where we will monitor and manage all your IT equipment and IT related calls from your users, and will maintain your business continuity. Within your contract some of the services include
- Installation of on-site IT Support Help desk system that will allow users to raise calls, monitor call progress, expedite calls, search through user-generated FAQ’s to help resolve problems themselves.
- On site visits where we integrate within your business providing on-site help and training
- Pro-active monitoring of your systems, providing up-to-the-minute information on IT consumables, inks, toners and software maintenance expiry
- Monthly reports detailing, no. of calls raised, onsite maintenance performed

PAYG Contracts
If you only have a few PC’s and users, this type of contract allows you to purchase blocks of support time to use as and when required you need us. You purchase your agreed blocks of time and then just call when you require our help. This type of contract is perfect for when you do not want to be tied into any annual agreement, and you can choose when to utilise our services.
