From the first time I pressed the 'on' switch on my Texas TI994/A I was hooked.  I then steadily progressed through a BBC Micro to my first IBM PC. 

As my friends are always saying to me, "computers just make sense to you!" and I must admit they always have.  It was my love of computing and my drive to learn all I could about them that led me to work within the I.T. industry.

I quickly realised the frustration that SME's have with not being able to find the right person to talk to when they have I.T. issues, given that many do not have the resources to run their own internal I.T. department.  It was with this in mind that I set up Resilient Systems in 2005, to act as an external I.T. department for such companies.  My customers say that my greatest asset is that I can take technical gargon and make it understandable to all. 

Outside of Resilient Systems you will be surprised to learn that my main (if not only) hobby is computing!

I am married to Michelle, our Finance/Administration and Creative Dirctor, and we have two teenage boys, James and Daniel.
