Using the latest technology, Resilient Business Systems can provide you remote support, over a secure connection which will allow us to view your actual desktop and resolve any computer problems you may be experiencing in real-time. 

Instructions

Contact Resilient Business Systems first before entering your 6 digit technician code, as the codes are randomly generated every time for security.

1. Once you have been given the code, enter this into the box, and press Connect to RBS Technician
2. You may see a yellow message bar at the top of your web page suggesting you need to install an Active X Component. Click on this message bar and allow 
   
   Select Open or Run, do not select Save
    
3. Follow all other on screen instructions

Resilient Business Systems will then be connected and able to provide assistance and support.
