I started Resilient Business Systems with my wife Michelle in April 2005 after being asked by many of my friends to help them with setting up their own companies. People told me they liked the way I managed to resolve their IT issues without confusing them with jargon, I simply told them what they needed, sourced it for them, set it up and trained them on it. I therefore thought this different approach to IT, removing the barriers and making IT work for the end user and not the other way round, was a solid business idea – and Resilient Business Systems was born.
As an IT “geek” with over 30 years’ experience, I provide support for my customers for all their IT needs, be it sourcing hardware/software, fixing user issues, or installing full office IT networks. I am also a professional member of The Chartered Institute for IT.
In my spare time I play computer games (as if I don’t spend enough time with my fingers glued to my keyboard!) and enjoy a wee dram or two of single malt whisky.
